No bitter remedy

Finally we can be ourselves.

The anti-social people we are and no one feels annoyed about it. Yes, we are autistic, no, we do not have a low IQ although we think differently from you, yes, we learned tricks to partly fit in, no, we do not like it.
We can be Mr. Monk now without being Dr. House.
We need our own life, space and people, noises, appointments and forces drive us crazy. Thanks to the coronavirus our life improved.
I still wake up early but no longer get out of bed at 4 am. There's no need to and my biorhythm is grateful for it.
No school, no driving up and down, no contact with the school, people, strangers. No need to socialize or show up. No need to hug and kiss those we do not like or shake hands. No one bumps into me/us and they keep distance and wait in line. It all is such a relief.
I have food in stock and it benefits us. Might be soon I'll eat semolina pudding only. It was the promise I made to me over 45 years ago... once living on my own I would eat semolina pudding daily.

The virus is no bitter remedy to us but a crown, one that makes us look better.
We have a huge garden, space, we can go outside. There's no need to stay inside and not enjoy the good weather. We mow the lawn and keep the wolves company. The children stay home and it's finally homeschooling no boring school days and annoyances or bullies. It all saves us stress, time and money. The car is no longer needed. There's no reason to leave. We are no longer the pathetic poor ones who cannot travel. Staying home... it saves petrol and the car. Four till eight times a day driving a bad land road does not do any car good.
We enjoy ourselves. Have a good life. Time for us, the family, no rush.
