No one is born a leader, for everything in this life you have to be trained, even to be an asshole haha. More than one believes he is a leader or feels that he is a leader because others follow him, but really today many of those who call themselves "influencers" believe that everything they do is thanks to him, but really it is because of what he does and the way he does it.

Many believe they are leaders on social networks for having many followers, but it is not really so, there will be some who have managed to rise and stay with what he does without the need to enter the controversy or make videos for visits, since even the followers today can be sold for little money, and videos of junk content is what many young people consume and makes them grow without the need for talent.

It seems that making a fool of oneself in front of the camera or dancing in front of the camera, learning choreographies of sometimes degrading songs or doing challenges that in many cases can threaten the life of the same person and others has more impact than something more educational or that truly brings value to society, it is sad to see how young people waste their day watching these types of videos.

You are a leader, that question should not be asked by anyone, that question we have to ask ourselves, what am I doing to bring value to society, can I change something in my life or advise my real followers to do things better. There will always be time to change the way we do things and understand that things do not always go well, but the road will smile at the end if we remain firm.
