Some people tend to stay awake at night for different reasons, some of those reasons are justifiable, others are unnecessary, especially if you stay awake because of alcoholic beverages. In this aspect, people use part of the day to rest, which from my perspective is a waste of time. You stop investing your time in sleeping and resting, something that we need, to go for a few hours to meet up to drink or wake up with friends. If it were for work, none of this would be valid, but for drinks I don't share the idea.

Spending a day or a couple of sleepless nights affects us, maybe some of us more than others. For me, at least, if I get sleepy I fall wherever I am, to sleep, all I need is sleep. On one occasion I did not sleep at night, but even though my head was falling on many occasions I managed to hold on, but then I spent my day sleeping, which, by the way, is not the best recommendation unless you are used to working at night and sleeping during the day, it is different, but if you usually do it like most people do, try to do it always.

That day I had breakfast almost at 12 noon and lunch at 4 in the afternoon, but once I woke up to have breakfast I still felt tired so again I lay down to sleep, until 4 in the afternoon I woke up, I could not sleep anymore, I felt I was not sleepy anymore, but still I felt tired, and the night was another odyssey, I could not sleep and less if I had spent all day sleeping, since that time, I decided to sleep when I had to, unless in extreme necessity I can not do it.
