Who will not be ready to do anything in life? We must always be ready to do anything, both physically and mentally depending on the activity to be performed. The most important here would be the mental one, the mind is the one that allows us to do practically everything in the day, it is the one that literally moves us, after the heart.

The heart is the one that makes our body work, but with the mind we move and do the actions that are required to walk, talk, write and so on, accompanied with the sight that allows us to observe if something prevents us or not, those who can not see, use the senses as support to do it in the same way, or have help from another person who accompanies them in everything they do.

Whatever the situation is, we need the mind to do it, even the activities that require our physical strength go through the process of the mind, it will depend on it if we do it or not, maybe we can, but it will tell you until when, it will depend on you to listen to it or continue, in the end the mind will be right in everything we do, even in bad decisions it will win us.

How many times have we not blamed life for the bad decisions we make, but we do not realize how many times the mind had us between the sword and the parde with moments where we came out with victory, but for not following it we make mistakes that cost us dearly and not always suit us. It is not life, it is the mind.
