Friday-Haunted Cruise ship.... George and Louise's Vacation
George: "Sweetheart. We need to take a vacation. I was thinking either a couple of weeks at the Casino or Caribbean cruise."
Louise: "Oh yes, dear. Let's do something. We need a break from the nightly routine. The casino is fun. We've done that before. But we've never taken a cruise. Let's go on a cruise."
George: "Great. I'm all for it. We can fly to Miami and catch a ship there."
Two days later.
Louse: "Oh this is just lovely. Look at the gigantic dining room. And the cabins are so cozy. Big side decks to stroll. The ocean breeze is exhilarating. And the view!!!! Wow!! And look at all the people. It's like a city afloat."
George: "I think I'll have some fun with the woman at the snack bar."
Woman at the sack bar: "Where's my wallet? I just had it a minute ago. How did my hand bag get opened? I snapped it shut. I don't see anyone around so I don't think it was a pickpocket. Oh, there it is in the flower pot. Hmmm. This is very strange indeed."
Louise: Let me see what I can get into with the man napping in the lounge chair. Tickle . tickle.. a thread under his nose.
Man napping: "Achoo!" Achoo! Turns to one side and tries to push away whatever was near his nose. A bug?
Louise: Again with the thread. tickle tickle
Man napping: Again "Achoo! Achoo!"
Man sits upright. Looks around. No one around. No bug.
Louise: The thread on his right ear, tickle. tickle.
Man: swats at his right ear.
Louise: The thread on left ear tickle tickle
Man: swats his left ear
Louise: Places the thread on the man's head so that it dangles down in front of his eye.
Man: "What the .....? This is weird."
Three days later
The captain is getting quite a lot of complaints about odd happenings. Nothing serious just disturbing and certainly out of the ordinary. Lights going on and off in cabins, doors opening and closing, clothes taken out of suitcases and thrown around the room.... Nothing is missing or stolen. Just weird.
George and Louise are having a great time. Invisible guests with free passage.
One passenger is from India. He is familiar with ghosts and spirits and knows how to stop them from mischief with mantras. In his cabin he has lit a candle before the image of Lord Siva and is reciting mantras.
George and Louise feel themselves whisked away into the air and unable to access the ship. They are on their way back to the mainland.
