Selepas menghantar Aduan bernombor 02417172, saya menemui beberapa maklumat penting mengenai VFix Mobile Holiday Plaza di forum Lowyat:

Seawal tahun 2017, VFix Mobile telah menipu ramai pelanggan. Modus operandi mereka memang sebagai ini:

1. Mereka mendakwa bahawa handphone atau peranti elektronik pelanggan boleh dibaiki dengan membaiki alat ganti A.
2. Mereka memulangkan handphone atau peranti elektronik yang tidak boleh digunakan kepada pelanggan dan memberitahu pelanggan bahawa mereka menemui satu lagi ALAT GANTI B tidak berfungsi dan mereka perlu membaiki alat ganti B dengan CAJ TAMBAHAN agar handphone atau peranti itu boleh digunakan.
3. Selalunya, alat ganti B yang 'baru ditemui' tidak berfungsi sebenarnya berfungsi dengan baik sebelum 'pembaikan' di V Fix Mobile. Memang mungkin dalam banyak kes, V Fix Mobile SENGAJA MEROSAKKAN alat ganti B untuk mendapatkan lebih daripada pelanggan.
4. Kalau pelanggan meminta bayaran balik (REFUND) atau pembaikan lengkap tanpa caj tambahan, bos V Fix Mobile akan mengugut pelanggan dengan suara mengancam.
