Rural Transportation Reviews

Been able to move from one place to another is very vital in human life. We are able to conduct everyday transaction because we can move. There are many means of transportation around the world, people prefer means that are reliable, fast and cheap.

All these factors are what are considered when selecting a transportation means in my locality and each as it strength and weakness and I will be explaining them below:

-Tricycle: This is the most commonly use means of transportation in my locality. It is faster than bus but slower than motorcycle. It can carry three passenger and a driver. It has little space for luggage and fuel consumption is reasonable as well as low cost of maintainers. 2km is usually charge at 50 NGN which is about 0.22 steem.

This means of transportation has helped a lot of people to make earn need. A tricycle cost around 1 million NGN which is 4545 steem at steem price at 1 steem to 220NGN so that is quite and just very few can afford it.

-Motorcycle: This is the fastest means of transportation and most effective when they is traffic jam. They are two categories of motorcycle one is use for commercial transportation and the other is for personal use. The commercial used one is locally call Machine and the one use for personal use is called jinchang.

The commercial motorcycle is fast and that makes it dangerous and they is very little safety. Helmet is not compulsory so citizen barely use it and no speed limit to restrict over speeding. It a bit expensive when compare to tricycle which is twice the amount of the same distance.

Both commercial and personally motorcycle is almost at the same price which is around 400,000 NGN and that is around 1820 steem which make it quite affordable when compared to tricycle.

-Bus: This the oldest and the slowest means of transportation. It slowly been replace by tricycle because of it less efficiency. It can carry up to 10 passenger, a driver and someone trying to convince passenger to board the means of transportation and there are usually call Conductor.

Most of the buses use for this means of transportation are old and unreliable. Maintainers are high as well as fuel consumption. All these reason put bus at a disadvantage and people prefer it to other means. Now bus is mostly use for long distance transportation where motorcycle and tricycle cannot easily reach.

Conclusion

Transportation is very essential to business activities and people need to move as fast as possible so they mostly choose the commercial motorcycle even through it the most expensive and dangerous out of all. The question I usually ask people is the time difference between tricycle and motorcycle is not that huge so is it worth the risk? Most said yes and I am baffled with their answer.
