Hello everyone,
Welcome to the last week of this season's engagement challenge. It has been a wonderful moment so far and I'm delighted to have complete participation in the program from week 1 to this very final week. Just like every other week, week number four also comes with an interesting topic and I will be giving my view about this very topic.

This week, the topic of discussion is the Role of the Various Genders. Firstly, I will like to take us on a ride as to what gender is all about. Before going into the questions below let's discuss the term briefly. Gender in a very simple term refers to sex I.e being a male or a female. The world is made of two species of beings that is the male and the female.

Aside from humans, we have also seen that the lower animals are made up of gender as well and this is what fosters recreation among them. For production to take place between animals both lower and higher animals both gender must come together. With that being said, let's dive into the questions.

The answer to this question is yes, gender plays a very vital role in our everyday life. As I have stated earlier, the world, in general, is made up of two genders and these genders are responsible for recreation. Today, whatever we want to do, the male are been separated from the female. In schools, the punishment for male students differs from the punishment given to female students.

Aside from this, there is always a sort of preference given to the female gender because they are termed as the weaker vessel. You don't subject them to the same treatment. The treatment of the male gender is sometimes harsh whereas that of the female is not too harsh. In my country today, both gender join the armed forces but only the male is allowed to go to the battlefield.

As I have stated earlier, here in my country the treatment given from gender to gender differs a lot. The female gender is treated with more care and respect whereas the male gender is treated with an iron hand. Here in my country, the male gender is always kept as the head of the family I.e the leader of a given family whereas the woman is always seen as a helpmate to the man.

I have said earlier that women are the weaker vessel and because of that, they are not subjected to some sort of difficulties or hardship. In my country, if there is an exercise which involves both genders, the female gender will be attended to first whereas the male gender will have to wait. The female gender is always given preference.

Recently, I attend a program that lasted for 3 days, it is for both gender. The female gender present in that program were given their separate room with water and everything inside whereas e make has no water and no electricity so we have to go out and get water and also pay to charge our devices. They woke us from sleep at 4:00 am but the female are been waked by 5:00 am.

I don't have complete knowledge about the role of various gender in other countries but I believe it will be the same because from the very beginning God has always placed man as the head of the family and the woman as a helpmate to the man. I'm also certain that the way men are treated all over the world is the same because women can't be treated so harshly.

Women generally are given preferential treatment because of how special they are in every part of the world. I'm certain the role of women is the same all over the world.

In the case of steemit as a platform, everyone is treated equally, and there is no act of favourite given to either gender. Though, the woman gender seeks to also have their space such as the steem women club. This is a community where only women are entitled to make their posts there and also carry out their activities.

Though the steemit team allowed that because of the respect they have for women. Despite that, when the engagement challenge sets in, it was open and every other gender was also allowed to participate. Their topics were adjusted to allow both genders to fully participate in the contest as well.

Gender plays a very important role in our day-to-day lives. We all are either male or female and whichever we find ourselves, we have our various roles to play. In the family, the male gender acts as the head whereas the female acts as the helpmate. In our world today we see the female gender as the weaker vessel hence not much is given to them because they can not withstand much pressure hence we treat them like an egg.
