Some countries and culture really do have respect for women, treating them with such dignity that you almost sounded jealous.
But we also have a good number of countries with culture that strip women of their humanity, some are so deep that the women themselves do not know any better. They have no idea of a possibility of a better treatment because that is what they were born into...
• They are not entitled to any opinion.
• They can't go to school.
• Their fundamental human rights are violated.
• They can be married off to pay family debts.
• Used to to entertain visitors.
• trafficked for sexual exploitation
The list is almost endless...
Most culture in Nigeria have been amended to accommodate women.
