Coordination Meetings with Cross-Sectors Related to the 2022 Budget in Indonesia's Remote Areas Program
Monday, January 17, 2022, where today my team from the underdeveloped regions program in Indonesia held a coordination meeting to strengthen the program with stakeholders at the sub-district level to make the program a success in the 2022 budget year. This coordination meeting was attended by a number of cross-sectoral officials at the Cot Girek sub-district level. North Aceh District.
The discussion we are discussing is related to the budget that has been allocated by the Indonesian government for this sub-district which will later be distributed to 24 villages in its administrative area. The following are some of the agenda for the first coordination meeting in early 2022 with cross-sectoral officials in the administrative area of the Cot Girek sub-district, North Aceh Regency.
Villages must immediately conduct development consultations
Accelerate the making of proposals as a condition of the villages
Make Design and BoQ of every development proposal
Formation of work teams in each village
Formation of a construction supervisory team in each village
The achievement targets for the agenda must be completed by the end of February 2022, while the work team at the sub-district level will evaluate each stage initiated by the villages so that these achievements are carried out before the start of the construction project in each village later in March 2022.
This is my activity on Indonesia's underdeveloped regions program at the beginning of the year which held a coordination meeting with cross-sectoral officials in the Cot Girek sub-district, North Aceh district. And below you can see some documents in the form of photos at the coordination meeting as below
