Create Unique Recipes For Breakfast

Good morning my dear steemians today I want to teach you on how to cook palm oil rice, how it good in the body, and why do i like it in breakfast, and also the benefits of rice to our health. First of all I am going to write formal on how I cooked my rice.

recipes for your breakfast /step by step of how you prepare your breakfast?

First of all I went to the market to get my ingredients for my palm oil rice. Now my ingredients are:

  • Rice
  • Palm oil
  • Cray fish
  • Onion
  • Dry pepper.

Step 1
Parboil your rice into hot water or wash with cold water, but me I prefer washing with or parboiling with hot water.

Pound your crayfish and keep aside, slice your onion and keep aside, get your dry pepper and also keep aside, your salt and palm oil as well .

Now after that we will fry our oil for some time put my slice onion, my salt, maggi, and my dry pepper, after that put water depending on the type of rice it is or depending on the quantity of rice it is. After that close the pot and let it stay for sometime. After it boils put your and crayfish and stir the rice continuously to mix the ingredients. When the rice is dry taste weather it is strong if it is strong put water but if it is soft and normal don't put water to become over soft.

Why do you like the breakfasts

Because it is riched with carbohydrates , it also helps in maintenance of our bones and cartilages, it helps to maintain our weight , it also makes us grow stronger and healthy.

what are the health benefits of your breakfast?

Rice is under the source of carbohydrates. It makes us grow stronger and healthy.According to newman and caspero they both recommend eating a wide variety of foods because that's the best way to get all the nutrients the body needs. help maintain a healthy weight.

what time do you take your breakfast?

After doing all my activities at home I can take my breakfast. But as usual I take my breakfast around 8:00 clock in the morning.

In conclusion I hope I have taught you on how to cook rice.
