Hi steemians friends, how are you. Hope everything will be fine. Continue to comply with the health protocols set by the government. Because seeing the spread of COVID-19 is still not over. Today I tried to teach @muksin31 for power-ups. The first post got a prize yesterday of around 0.633 SBD and 1,041 Steempower. I suggest upgrading every reward he gets from posting for power ups. So earlier, I taught him how to enter the market and instantly convert SBD to steem.

He was quite happy, getting around 7.497 Steem. At first he wanted to keep it. But I suggest to immediately power-up because the seriousness of a steemians is from how much steem-power has been achieved in a short time. I set a target for him, try to at least 500 Steempower for the first month. And if it works. I think that's pretty good.

Why do I suggest pursuing a nominal large enough for a novice steempower? Because then he will seriously make good content according to the wishes of the steemit team. Thus, he will try to learn what is still lacking so far. It was a simple method that newcomers should have.

Ok, this is my first guide, starting to convert from SBD to STEEM and then teaching him how to increase the power after the conversion is complete. First, open the market on the account. Then press the nominal SBD to be converted to STEEM, SBD will automatically change to the current price.

After the conversion is complete, re-insert the wallet and immediately press the power-up button, enter the amount you want to turn on. Then enter the password and automatically, the existing steem goes directly to your STEEM power column. Originally @muksin31, only had 15.010 Steempower newbie account delegates. For now, the total steempower has reached 19,262 steem power.

Hopefully this will be the beginning of the spirit that must always be maintained for beginner steemians. Without the guidance of a mentor, I think it will reduce his enthusiasm for steemit. My advice is to wait for the second verification first, then proceed to achievement3. I suggest making posts related to graphic design. Or just an introduction in the community that leads to graphic design. He tried and only got 0.46$ at the moment with a total of 42 curations, and 4 comments.

Although the rewards are still relatively small, the spirit and will must be maintained.
