Ability or Beauty?
It all depends, doesn't it what's more important, I mean if it comes to ability or beauty.
Let's not be hypocrites since no matter what you say if it comes to it we all care about looks even if we are the ugly toad ourselves. It's human to go for the looks and we rather look at something that looks good than a heap of trash (unless it's called art @wakeupkitty knows all about that).
Ability and Beauty walk hand in hand, ask bing.com this is the answer.
Anyway, if it comes to me I would hire the ability to do the job unless for a job beauty is needed. No one will hire an ugly duckling for a model, not even Photoshop can change the hunchback of Notre Dame into a hunk.
If you like to share your opinion here's the link to the contest. It would be cool if you spoke the truth after all most of us live with more than one mirror in our home. And men: don't pretend as if women are the only ones using them. Many of you can't stop admiring your beauty if you stand in front of it. If not at home it's in the gym. Now I mention gym I get visions of bodybuilders, certain bodybuilders and no I am not flattened, nor if it comes to boxers. Most of them have fewer brains, are less fertile or a brain damage besides they only look attractive to the reflection in the mirror so if it comes to these guys I wouldn't hire them, not even as a bouncer. People always busy with their looks are just like health fanatics rarely hard workers. They are easily distracted. Do again ability wins unless you need a bouncer or someone to lift your car out of a ditch which a bodybuilder might be able to do unless he isn't the strongest man (see Guines book of records, if you pay your name can be read in it).
Ability or beauty? It all depends on what you need and are looking for. Most likely they go hand in hand just like black & white, good & wrong, day & night and yes & no.
It's not about ability or beauty people but about capability and attractiveness, at least it is to me.

What if she is beautiful but her brain capacity is lacking but she is willing to work hard, would you hire her?
Yes. I do not believe in a lack of brain capacity. If she works hard it's ability.
