饺子
中国最出名的食品可以说的上是饺子，北方讲究的是三鲜馅的饺子，南方讲究的是米粉，我们南漳是处于华中地区，南甜北咸都占据全了，我今天我要说的是我们家的韭菜鸡蛋馅的饺子，韭菜到了今天这个季节已为数不多了，在露天外的韭菜再不吃就要被霜给打死了，现在的韭菜特别鲜，嫩绿嫩绿的，再煎上几个鸡蛋，把鸡蛋剁碎，掺在洗净切碎的韭菜里，放上调料，饺子馅就可以了，用买来的饺子皮包好，就大功告成。把饭钵里放上适量的虾皮，胡椒，香葱，生抽，紫菜，鸡精，用开水先冲开，把包好的饺子放进开水锅里开三道，饺子就煮好了，把饺子起锅放在汤料钵里。端上桌子，一碗热气腾腾的饺子就可以开吃了。
