在这个季节交替的当口，蔬菜市场迎来了短暂的“青黄不接”。随着春日里鲜嫩欲滴的404菜（注：这里假设的蔬菜品种，实际中可替换为具体蔬菜如菠菜、春笋等）逐渐淡出市场，夏秋新品的脚步却还未全然踏至，蔬菜的供需天平悄然失衡。
超市与菜摊上，各类蔬菜价格纷纷上扬，几乎全面翻番，有的甚至涨幅更盛。消费者的菜篮子明显变“重”，每一份绿意都承载着季节更迭的讯息与自然的馈赠之不易。面对此情此景，我们更应珍惜盘中餐，理解并适应这份季节性的变化，同时也期待不久的将来，随着时令蔬菜的纷纷上市，市场能再次回归那份丰盈与平价，让餐桌上的色彩与滋味更加丰富多彩。
