HAPPY CATURDAY!😻😽

Yes it’s Saturday which translates to Caturday-a day of kitty celebration!

Our day started out with a new noise in the house; our lovely ( not) fridge was up to its old tricks again! We unplugged it and pulled most of the food out into two coolers we had. Unfortunately, they aren’t big enough to house it all. We got rid of the ice dam and plugged it back in. We then went to church to try to work out some interference bugs we had last weekend.

We think we have things fixed for now. Time will tell. 😎

So, back home to check on the fridge. It wasn’t looking too good. The temp was at 51 degrees in the fridge portion. It had only cooled 2 degrees in two hours!🙀 The freezer was fine. So, we headed out to the store to buy a bigger cooler and ice. Before doing so, I suggested going to Home Depot just to look at what is out there. Ironically, we found a model we both really like and it’s on sale!! I also found the same model online elsewhere for $100 less and free delivery too. So, we’ve not purchased anything yet, simply because at the moment, we need to see if we can at least get this one running to save the food we do have, and then we’ll make a decision where to purchase.

We got home and I pulled everything out again and stashed the freezer stuff in one big cooler with ice and the refrigerator items in the two smaller coolers. Now we defrost!

So back to Caturday-here’s two irresistible boys in all their glory!
