Today I am here to give us a concise summary of the just concluded topic which I have finished treated with you all and which was tagged DISTRIBUTION REGARDING CRYPTOCURRENCY. We began a powerful discussion of the distribution in cryptocurrency in which we touched various types of this distribution.

So today I am going to summarize the topic that has just ended which was titled DISTRIBUTION REGARDING CRYPTOCURRENCY.

This will be summarized for the sake of those that were not present during the previous discussion and also for those that missed all the teachings. So today we will have a brief summary of the DISTRIBUTION REGARDING CRYPTOCURRENCY and also the various types of distribution that was discussed. Now sit tight and enjoy the summary. We initially defined DISTRIBUTION REGARDING CRYPTOCURRENCY in general term as the dispersion or allocation of cryptocurrencies across certain individuals that are concerned. So these individuals concerned are being given the cryptocurrency asset via distribution and allocation.

We also went further to discuss certain types of distribution in cryptocurrency and a few are summarized below.

TOKEN DISTRIBUTION

The Token distribution just as we said earlier is the allocation of certain digital currency to individuals, investors and traders that are involved in the said digital asset project prior to the listing of such digital assets.

So these traders, investors and individuals concerned are being given certain allocation of the digital currency according to their performance or rank in terms of pre-sale of the digital assets. It can also be calculated according to the work that was put in by these individuals in question.

MARKET CAPITALIZATION DISTRIBUTION

Market capitalisation distribution talks about the total amount of a particular asset in a market. So this is the summary of all the amount of a particular asset in the market and the market capitalisation reveals the rank of a particular asset.

So the more a particular asset is held by holders in their individual wallets determines the rank of the particular asset in the market. So the more amount of holders regarding that particular asset the higher the rank of that asset.

OWNERSHIP CRYPTOCURRENCY

The cryptocurrency ownership distribution entails the allocation or the dispersion of power from a particular cryptocurrency asset holder to another. This is the scenario by which when an individual is being given a particular asset in his wallet that gives him the power of ownership.

When a cryptocurrency asset get into an investor's wallet after that transaction is successful it empowers the investor with the power of ownership hence that makes him or her an owner of the said asset that was sent by another investor to the said wallet.

GEOGRAPHICAL DISTRIBUTION

The geographical distribution is also a type of cryptocurrency distribution and this entails the acceptance and usage of cryptocurrency assets within a particular geographical area. It talks about how a particular geographical area sees cryptocurrency as well as the rules and regulations governing the distribution and usage of the cryptocurrency in that environment.

I gave an example on how a country chooses to accept the digital currency in their locality and also how another country may choose to discard the acceptance of the digital currency in their geographical area.

This is as a result of the perspective of the government regarding cryptocurrency. Some countries sees the digital currency as a profitable investment while others sees the digital currency as scam. It all bounce back to the mindset of how a given country sees cryptocurrency.

WEALTH DISTRIBUTION

The wealth distribution is also a type of distribution in cryptocurrency and this entails the distribution of wealth according to the amount of work done by an investor.

We get to see that when a digital asset prior to the listing of that asset the project execute a pre-sale operation where individuals and investors can purchase those assets at a cheaper rate and after launch, the investors with the highest pre-sale amount will be given the largest allocation.

So this is been distribution according to the amount of money an individual invested on a project prior to the launching of such project. As such they are considered to have the higher allocation hence they get the larger portion when compared to other investors that invested with small amount of money.

SUPPLY DISTRIBUTION

The supply distribution is also a type of distribution in cryptocurrency and this entails the total supply of a particular asset in the market. Every investors asset in included when summing up the total supply of a given asset in the market.

So this tell us more about the sum total amount of a particular cryptocurrency asset that is present in the various wallet of investors and on the liquidity pool. It gives the overall number of a particular digital asset that are present.

CONCLUSION

So knowing what distribution in cryptocurrency entails as well as the various types of distribution regarding cryptocurrency will give us a general insight about the digital asset as we get to see the different types of distribution.
