LIMITED RESEARCH REGARDING SHORT-TERM TRADING AND IT EFFECT
Hello to everyone in this community and in the steemit platform at large I greet you all in good spirit and I want to believe that you all are doing just fine today. It is indeed the weekend and today I will like to discuss an important topic with all regarding the implications or the effect limited research on short-term trading.
This is indeed a vast topic that is essential for we all as traders to take note of while trading cryptocurrency assets in the cryptocurrency market. Why not journey with me as I take you on this ride regarding the said topic above.
It is essential for us all to understand the term before the topic given for more assimilation and understanding of the above topic. So I will be explaining in brief what limited research is all about in general term before relating it with the said topic.
WHAT IS LIMITED RESEARCH?
Limited research can be seen as the situation whereby one is not exposed to various information regarding a particular phenomenon. It is seen as an aspect by which one lacks idea and information or has little or no knowledge about a particular subject as the case may be.
A typical example is a case in which one goes to a market and wants to purchase an item he or she knows nothing about and hence the item is regarded not useful as the purchaser in question has no idea about what he or she has purchased or lack basic or crucial knowledge regarding the said item purchased.
That item in question may be of great importance or no importance at all or it may not totally serve the purpose of which it was purchased for and at the long run, the purchaser tends to lose funds as he or she sees the item go to waste all because of limited research regarding the said item that has been purchased.
The above definitions is based on my understanding regarding limited research which In a nutshell it can be deduced as the process by which one does little or no research about a given phenomenon before having at it. Since we all are now familiar with the definition of what a limited research is, it is expedient that we now relate it to the given subject of today.
EFFECT OF LIMITED RESEARCH REGARDING SHORT-TERM TRADING
The effects of limited research regarding short-term trading is the loss of funds and investments. This is as a result of investing on a particular assets without going through a thorough search about it to know what kind of project it is as well as what the project is out here to do and what are the things or who are the individuals backing the project.
It is expedient to know what you are investing on as a trader. You don't just trend a cryptocurrency asset without the full knowledge about the said asset in question and this is the major reason why certain persons or traders portfolio get liquidated because of the little or no research about the assets they are trading in the cryptocurrency market trading.
Knowing or conducting research about the asset you wish to trade in the cryptocurrency market trading is very important and necessary because this will give you the whole details about the project of the said asset and also it will give you an edge over the cryptocurrency market trading as you get to know if the project will do well or not in the cryptocurrency market.
Many traders loss funds or get their accounts liquidated just because they are exposed to limited knowledge of an asset which is as a result of limited or no research at all regarding the assets they wish to trade in the cryptocurrency market.
What most of the new traders do is to launch the trading application and then select an asset to trade without making proper findings about the project in the cryptocurrency market and this may likely make them to loss funds as they get to execute an entry that might eventually cost them their funds and assets.
CONCLUSION
This is the effect of limited research regarding short-term trading in the cryptocurrency market and that is why it is advisable to always conduct your own findings, make thorough search about an asset you wish to trade in the cryptocurrency market in other to avoid a scam project which may eventually cost you your assets and make you lose funds in your trading wallet.
