As always I am here today as well to continue on the discussion we began regarding the topic CRYPTOCURRENCY AIRDROP and so far we have talked about a few types of the digital airdrop distribution. We managed to talk about a few of the various types of airdrop and today I will like to continue the teaching by discussion another type of the cryptocurrency airdrop distribution which has been titled EXCHANGE AIRDROP.

I know some newbies on here may not be familiar with the word CRYPTOCURRENCY EXCHANGE and so I will like to further elaborate more on that before we make headway to discussing the topic for today.

WHAT ARE CRYPTOCURRENCY EXCHANGES?

Before we talk about the said topic tagged EXCHANGE AIRDROP, it is important that we get familiar with the term CRYPTOCURRENCY EXCHANGES so that we can understand what we are about to discuss today.

Cryptocurrency exchanges are considered to be the cryptocurrency market environment that was developed for the purpose of buying and selling of the digital currency. Just as seen in the conventional market, buyers and sellers come together to purchase and sell off goods and to also render services to those in need.

In same way the cryptocurrency exchanges works. It was built on the blockchain system whereby individuals, investors and traders can access on to and then either make purchases or sales. The exchanges also support conversion of certain cryptocurrency assets to another depending on the interest of the trader.

So every trader has his or her own unique password and logins and this logins assist the traders to gain access to the exchanges and afterwards they continue with the regular activities of their choice which entails the purchasing, demanding or conversion of digital currencies on the exchange platforms they have registered already.

The exchange airdrop is said to be a scenario whereby several exchanges choose to reward it active users that regularly make use of the exchange to either swap, sell, or purchase digital assets on such exchanges.

These users are then being rewarded via airdrop given by the said exchange platform and this reward is carried out to show deep felt appreciation to the traders, investors and individuals who regularly make use of the Exchange to perform certain actions on it.

Mind you, the exchange platforms may also choose to reward users based on the number of digital currencies they possess on the exchange.
With that, users or traders having more digital currency on such exchanges will gain reward upon distribution of the airdrop by the cryptocurrency exchange in question.

There may be other ways through which these exchanges may use as eligibility to reward users and traders and these may be the number of trading transactions, conversions, purchases and so on depending on the criteria being employed by the exchange in question.

In summary, EXCHANGE AIRDROP is a system that is being carried out to distribute reward to traders and investors that regularly make use of the said exchange to perform certain cryptocurrency actions such as purchase of digital currencies, swapping of the digital assets to another digital assets and so many more.
