How are you all? Hope everyone is well and healthy. I'm pretty much trying to enjoy the cool winter weather to the fullest. Honestly, the environment of the winter season and the variety of tasty vegetables that come with it, makes me more active. The point is that you can create your own opportunity in any environment if you want, but if you don't have the will power then it is not possible.
We see everyone's interest as well as everyone's sincerity in every undertaking but what we don't see is willpower. Due to the lack of proper presence of this thing, in many cases our initiatives do not see the light of success, but get lost in darkness and after a time we all stop. Because then our expectations come down to zero.
My main purpose here is not to catch or reveal someone's mistake or problem, but my real purpose is to guide them in some matters. Yes, there are many cases where users cleverly ignore many rules and don't want to be in the middle. So, by presenting their issues, I will highlight the issues and attract the attention of the community leaders to guide them in the right direction.
It's a problem and incomplete in my view, because it gives a false impression of the community if all the tweets in the report aren't accurate. So, in this case not only users' mistakes will be corrected but also the reputation of the community will be in good condition. I believe every initiative has a great purpose behind it and all community leaders should contribute appropriately to fulfill that purpose.
This week I visited the Comunidad Latina community, which I have been doing every week for the past several weeks. It is a very good and active community, every user is trying to ensure their contribution through promotion and engagement. It is true that voluntary participation and effort of users can ensure good contribution.
A total of 21 users shared 36 post links from the Comunidad Latina community this week in the report. I opened one post of each wizard on a test basis and verified that the promotion was done correctly. Most of the users continued their good efforts but there were two users who did not follow any rules and two users whose X handle posts were not visible, probably because they set their profiles to private.
It's true that not all users will do 100% well every week or keep up the same efforts, some users will always be the exception. It is not a problem in my view, if you guide them properly later on, maybe they will understand the matter and follow the rules properly and promote. For this sometimes we should check user activities and guide them if there is any lackings.
I will try to keep up my efforts, maybe visit another community next week. But my efforts will be worth it if the people I am having problems with and the advice I am giving them are overcome. Our collective efforts and good relationship will help us to achieve something better.
