Hello Friends,

Hope everyone is well. I am very busy with office work. To be honest, sometimes situations put us under too much pressure. But still we have to try to maintain both focus on work and quality of work. Because busyness is a part of life, but if you cannot maintain the quality of work under the pressure of busyness, then it will become more harmful for you.

Incidentally, I said these words because I have seen many users who show great interest in responsibilities, but after receiving responsibilities, they can no longer hold that interest, because they later express disappointment with work responsibilities and try to withdraw themselves. That's the reality, when the pressure or workload is high, we get frustrated and throw away the quality.

Before expressing interest in something, I should think about it, whether it is suitable for me and then take a decision about it. But most of us are eager to take on extra responsibilities hoping to get extra benefits but not thinking about how much the extra responsibilities will affect my work and quality.

Because I am competent but suitable will be proved only when I am able to maintain the quality of my work while performing the duties. One more thing, it is important to keep the belief that benefits will come to me if I fulfill my responsibilities properly. Because I have seen such users, the first question they ask after taking responsibility is how to get additional benefits?

It is true that convenience sometimes motivates us, but in most cases it makes us greedy and spoils the quality of work, there is no denying it. If you check, you'll find tons of users whose work quality has drastically decreased just because they got a new responsibilities. Because before taking on additional responsibilities, you have to try to fit yourself first and then proceed with it.

Right or quality work will make you qualified, you don't have to worry about extra benefits but benefits will find you, that's the real truth. The sooner we understand this, the better we can express both the quality and competence of our work. Give it a try, try to maintain the quality of your work at any cost.
