Appreciation works as part of Motivation || Let's Talk

Hope everyone is well. I am well and trying to keep myself more active. Because mentally, as long as I can keep myself cheerful, I can create opportunities to work with new inspiration. It is real and true, well proven in many cases. It is not possible to go ahead and perform due responsibilities with depression or weak mentality.

From the very beginning we are trying to motivate those who are doing the promotion work in the proper manner with proper responsibilities. We feel it is our responsibility to do something as much as our love for the platform. So we try to praise them when we see the work done properly out of sense of responsibility. We also believe that praise works as part of motivation.

There were some problems observed in a community promotion report last week, we comment there and try to guide the community leaders so that they can overcome their problems and do promotion work properly. Yes, after quite a few changes we saw there, it's definitely a good thing.

But it is also true that some of the good community reports sometimes have errors which are very sad and disappoint us. Because we cannot accept these as unintentional mistakes. See we always expect good things from those who have high reputation and we find it difficult to accept even small mistakes.

Although we are trying to be fair from our position, we are constantly commenting on their posts and trying to give advice on proper promotion. Yes, we admit that not everything is solved instantly but still we hope to see the correct presentation of the matter later on. Because we are optimistic about them, they will be able to grasp the matter quickly.

So, we want to maintain this attitude towards everyone and continue to praise for the right job or promotion. Mutual understanding and good relationships will pave the way for us to move forward more beautifully. Let the love be expressed more beautifully from our sense of responsibility.
