Updates on Discord
We've have 2 updates made by our leader:

I have supported both by commenting and answering to various doubts from users.
Updates on the Telegram Group

My Duties as SteemFoods Discord & Telegram Moderator:
1- When the case requires it, I moderate the interactions within the different channels of the SteemFoods Server.
2- I answer questions from SteemFoods subscribers and other Steemit users, in both cases from any country, who share in the SteemFoods Discord Server.
3- When the case requires it, I moderate interactions within the Telegram Group.
4- I answer questions from Latin American SteemFoods subscribers in the SteemFoods Telegram Group.
5- I Make observations to active #SteemFoods subscribers (those who publish their posts within this Community) about the rules of publication, when needed.
6- I invite active subscribers to join our Discord Server and Telegram Group, in accordance to each case.
7- I keep open communication with the Administration to inform him about the details of relevant events during my moderation and about our users’ concerns.
Duties Fulfilled
1- Sometimes users have questions about their delegations and badges.
I helped @hae-ra o9n October 6th and @sanuri on October 11 over the #delegation-discussion Channel regarding their new badges.
2- Sometimes, users who have been away for a while want to know how they can become active again. I try to solve their doubts regarding this aspect, and as in this case, they start posting to SteemFoods again:

After checking this user, I found out he spoke Spanish, so I DM him to offer the help he needed. As this was a private communication, I am only showing here what I texted.
The user was satisfied after our conversation.
3- As I have said before,
every time there is a new activity, I try to summarize the most important aspects of the official post and I post them in Spanish on the Telegram Group and in English and Spanish on the General Channel of the Discord Server. This is useful especially for those who have easy access to Discord/Telegram and not so to Steemit's platform, which is heavier to load.

4- This week I helped only one user via DM. This user was @lachg89, who needed updates in order to post again on SteemFoods.
5- Some users need help on their using Markdown syntax. Perhaps if they could join our Discord Server, they’d be able to ask questions about the things they need to solve in order to present their content more attractively and gain upvotes.

6- This week, I have made more than 10 invitations to join either our Discord Server or our Telegram Group (for Latinamerica). Sometimes I have invited them to join both.

We are 94 users already on the SteemFoods Telegram Group for Venezuela and Latinamerica. This week we had two new users who joined in: @ariannyleal (joined Oct. 8) and @yuviart (joined Oct. 9).
I’m also trying to support Contest 34 participations.

As I have already noted,
As part of my integral profile, in addition to making presence and interacting in the Discord Server and in the Telegram Group (for Venezuela and Latin America) of SteemFoods, both through shared channels and private messages, I try to post daily within the Community, to participate in contests and to socialize through comments on posts.
Although my vote is of small value, since I have most of my SP delegated to @SteemitFoods, here I show you the graph that reflects them, followed by the list of the top votes of this last week:

In addition to making comments containing observations, I also try to make social comments in different posts, always trying to highlight positive aspects of the users' work.

Hemos tenido dos actualizaciones importantes, hechas por el fundador.

Actualizaciones en el grupo de Telegram
Concurso 34 anunciado el 07 de octubre /2021:

Mis deberes como moderador de SteemFoods en Discord y Telegram:
1- Cuando el caso lo requiere, modero las interacciones dentro de los diferentes canales del servidor de SteemFoods.
2- Respondo a las preguntas de los suscriptores de SteemFoods y de otros usuarios de Steemit, en ambos casos de cualquier país, que comparten en el SteemFoods Discord Server.
3- Cuando el caso lo requiere, modero las interacciones dentro del Grupo de Telegram.
4- Respondo preguntas de los suscriptores latinoamericanos de SteemFoods en el Grupo de Telegram de SteemFoods.
5- Hago observaciones a los suscriptores activos de #SteemFoods (aquellos que publican sus posts dentro de esta Comunidad) sobre las reglas de publicación, cuando es necesario.
6- Invito a los suscriptores activos a unirse a nuestro Servidor de Discordia y al Grupo de Telegram, de acuerdo a cada caso.
7- Mantengo una comunicación abierta con la Administración para informarle sobre los detalles de los eventos relevantes durante mi moderación y sobre las inquietudes de nuestros usuarios.
Deberes Cumplidos
1- A veces los usuarios tienen dudas sobre sus delegaciones e insignias.
Ayudé a @hae-ra o9n el 6 de octubre y a @sanuri el 11 de octubre sobre el canal #delegación-discusión respecto a sus nuevas insignias.
2- A veces, los usuarios que han estado ausentes durante un tiempo quieren saber cómo pueden volver a ser activos. Intento resolver sus dudas respecto a este aspecto, y como en este caso, empiezan a postear en SteemFoods de nuevo:

Después de comprobar este usuario, descubrí que hablaba español, así que le envié un DM para ofrecerle la ayuda que necesitaba. Como se trataba de una comunicación privada, sólo muestro aquí lo que envié por mensaje de texto.
El usuario quedó satisfecho después de nuestra conversación.
3- Como he dicho antes,
cada vez que hay una nueva actividad, trato de resumir los aspectos más importantes del post oficial y los publico en español en el grupo de Telegram y en inglés y español en el canal general del servidor de Discord. Esto es útil sobre todo para los que tienen fácil acceso a Discord/Telegram y no así a la plataforma de Steemit, que es más pesada de cargar.

4- Esta semana sólo he ayudado a un usuario vía DM. Este usuario fue @lachg89, que necesitaba actualizaciones para poder publicar de nuevo en SteemFoods.
5- Algunos usuarios necesitan ayuda en su uso de la sintaxis de Markdown. Tal vez si pudieran unirse a nuestro servidor de Discord, podrían hacer preguntas sobre las cosas que necesitan resolver para presentar su contenido de manera más atractiva y ganar upvotes.
Por ejemplo:

Interacción con la comunidad, votos y comentarios
Como ya he señalado,
Como parte de mi perfil integral, además de hacer presencia e interactuar en el Servidor Discord y en el Grupo de Telegram (para Venezuela y Latinoamérica) de SteemFoods, tanto a través de canales compartidos como de mensajes privados, procuro postear diariamente dentro de la Comunidad, participar en concursos y socializar a través de comentarios en los posts.
Aunque mi voto tiene poco valor, ya que tengo la mayoría de mis SP delegados en @SteemitFoods, aquí les muestro el gráfico que los refleja, seguido de la lista de los más votados de esta última semana:

Además de hacer comentarios que contengan observaciones, también trato de hacer comentarios sociales en diferentes posts, siempre tratando de resaltar aspectos positivos del trabajo de los usuarios.
