Hello everyone I hope we are all good.
What is that Special recipe peculiar to your country? It could be special drinks, desserts, or any other delicacy.
Is there any history attached to it? Explain.
Do you think you can do without taking them for some time?
How is it prepared? Show us the steps required for its preparation or you can buy from a restaurant and promote the business.

Procedures
- Wash your rice with salt and set aside
- chop the onion, uku leave, spring onions, then grand the pepper and set aside.
- Wash the pumu, meat, cut them into a smaller part and set aside. Also wash and remove the bones in the fish and Also set aside.
Now our ingredients are set, let get started with the cooking process
step1: Get a clean pot, Add the palm oil into it then allow it to heat, after that add your chop onions allow it to fry. Then add the tomatoes paste and fry until it get darker.
step2: Add the granded pepper and fry well, then add one cup of water into the mixture.
step3: Add all the seasoning and spices, lucos beans into the mixture, cover the pot and allow the water to boil.
step4: Add you rice into the pot stir it and allow it to cook well.
Step5: Now Add the boiled pumu, and meat into the mixture, also add the dry fish , add small water into the pot, cover it and and allow it to cook well.
step6: Add the pumpkin leaves and the spring onions into the mixture and stir.
Now my yummy Nigeria native jellof rice is ready 💃💃

Nigerians be killing us with all their meals. That's a nice and simple meal I must say.
I have always been hearing of locally made jeloff rice from Nigeria but never known how it is prepared. I can see you have all classes of food in it including canda/cow skin (pumu). These all makes the food very nutritive and provides the body with all it needs

Native Nigeria Jollof rice isn't this what we call concoction rice, yes, in this part of Nigeria we know it has condition rice.

The issue of Nigerian and Ghanaian Jollof has been a battle for many years now. Nigeria claim to have the nicest jollof, but clearly Ghana conquered the jollof recipe. Your recipe really look nice and contains a lot of vegetables which is good for our health. Thanks for sharing.

Nigerian native jeloff first of all looks good and secondly very easy to cook. But what caught my attention first is the red oil. I love meals cooked with red oil so much. So I'm sure your jeloff will be to my liking
