Love is a gift that everyone needs in this world. It can be spreaded to everyone around us without considering their status. Love has the power to make the world better. If we can share it a little more with others, then we can create a world full of joy, peace, and knowledge.

How do you define "One Love" and what does it mean to you personally?

According to me, "One Love" means accepting everyone with open arms and kind hearts. It is about treating others with respect without considering their background, religion, or views. Our responsibility is to nurture it in every way by understanding that we are all connected to this simple yet powerful feeling.

Can you share a story or experience that embodies the concept of "One Love" in your life?

In my scheme resided a Tamil family; when they lost a loved one, people in my scheme assisted them in a variety of ways. Some gave them food, some offered comfort words, and some gave financial support; in this way, the entire community joined together to support them. Even though they are Tamils, every Sinhalese in my scheme supported them without considering their race and religion out of love and kindness.

How can practicing "One Love" contribute to building stronger communities and relationships?

When we practice "One Love," we instantly establish strong relationships and communities. It is because caring for one another fosters a sense of trust and support. We can contribute to a peaceful and supportive environment by being kind to others, listening to them, and helping them when they need it.

In what ways can we spread the message of "One Love" in our daily interactions with others?

It's a simple task; we may spread the message of "One Love" with a simple smile, if not a kind word or kind act. When we do such simple acts, it helps us to develop relationships with others. This can be done patiently and with sensitivity. By spreading this message of the “One Love” concept in simple ways we can change someone's day better.

How do you think embracing the idea of "One Love" can positively impact society as a whole?

It is because when more people embrace this 'One Love" theory, then the society becomes more united. This will help to reduce hate, and conflict, and promote great understanding. Love encourages unity, peace, and positivity allowing us to move forward as one human family.
