Hello friends!!
It's been a while right? Steemit Engagement season 12 has come to an end and we have gone back to our normal schedule for verification.
When verifying a post, there are items I check to ensure accuracy.

When reviewing a post I carry out the following checks.
- New comers achievement post
- Powerdown
- Plagarism
- Bot service check
- Ai check
- steemexclusive
- club status
- voting CSI
- word check
- markdown
For users who are not in any club, whose voting CSI is low, I encouraged them to do power up and join a club, and support other users with up votes

Observation/Conclusion |

After the engagement challenge, I noticed a drop in engagement in the community but we still have a number of active users publishing their diary posts and contest.
This is a new week and am hopeful to see more engagements in the community. I also noticed that some users write diary post using different pictures of other days. This is not supposed to be so. I corrected a user last week.
