@genomil I must say that I am glad to receive your entry. Your detailed entry really shows that you are an athletic person. Your consistency and determination is what I love so much despite the pains and injuries you had sustained.

One thing stands out, you love what you do and you are happy doing it either with company or without.

You are already doing all that is required which includes warm up, the actual training and stretches.

As for your next competition that is coming up on the 8th of September, I wish you all the best! But to succeed, never leave off training. Your endurance and consistency will pull you through. Each day, try to increase the number of times you carry out a particular program. There should be an addition to what you do. Never give up, keep training.

Hola amiga, gracias por tu apoyo.
Amo correr y me encanta participar en las competencias, por ello me esfuerzo cada día en mis entrenamientos para mejorar mis tiempos.
Mi plan va cambiando cada semana, hay semanas altas y bajas, dependiendo del esquema que utiliza mi entrenador, en estos momentos voy subiendo cargas, asi como la intensidad de mis repeticiones, con gusto te compartiré mis semanas de entrenamiento hasta mi próxima carrera.
Ha sido un gusto participar en tu iniciativa.
