Active Participation/ Engagement
The week October 15 to 21 on the Steem4Nigeria community was a post Engagement challange week. the work load is deduced and some changes have been made. To remain active Ithe community, I published 2 articles, one of which was The function of a Dish and the other was my participation in the Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 18: "My Experience in the Community's Engagement Outing"
the VSAT Dish
Where I presented the importance of a dish on a VSAT installation. Without the dish, lots of information and signal will be lost. The post was full of illustrations and highly educative.
Review of engagement challenge
In this post I highlighted the beauty of the Steem4nigeria Engagement challange. How the topics were down to earth and why I was attached to the my Skill lifts me up topic.
Work Schedule and duties
This week's schedule for moderators have changed,due to the reduction in the number of entries, we now have a new schedule for moderators to man the community on a daily basis. The schedule is shown on the table below.

Conclusion
