Introduction
It's a great privilege to be writing this piece at this time of the day. Thanks to the Steemit team for creating an avenue for intending country representatives to put down their interests in an application for the role. Of course, I'm one of the privileged candidates who would be showing his interest in becoming a Steemit country representative from this side of the world. And I will like to present my application of interest in this article today.

Get to Know Me
I'm Feyikemi Frederick, a Nigerian who has spent his entire life in the country so far with the qualification, B.Tech (Honors) in Agricultural Engineering. I've been relevant in the digital world as a graphic designer, digital marketer, content writer, cryptocurrency trader, and so on. Blogging is one other important skill I've developed in the last few years.
Fred's journey started here on Steemit on the 12th of January 2021 and I have remained active since then, even during the times I had the cause to visit the village with inadequate signal and power supply, I remain active day in day out. I've got better and I have been able to contribute my quota to the ecosystem. In addition, a few people (not less than 15 users) have directly joined the ecosystem through me and I believe some of them that have remained active have many success stories to share about STEEM today. The official language of Nigeria is English and I'm proficient both in speaking and writing.
My Stats on Steemit
Over the last few months, I have been committed to rigorously building my account's SP, and in a matter of a few days, I would be joining the league of 3x dolphins. I'm currently at 14,861 SP and it has been adequately used to support Nigeria Steemians and others. I have also ensured that my delegations to accounts are properly utilized to support Nigerians. My reputation score on Steemit, it's at 72.5 at the moment.

The initiative of clubs has been a great one and I have retained my status in #club75, recently I have bought STEEM from the external market a few times in the quest to remain in the club to continually make a good example to other Steemians. And I serve in different realms on Steemit, as a moderator, co-admin, teacher, and so on.
Why I think I would make a good Country Representative
- I have a strong belief in the Steem ecosystem, as such I have been a supporter of different projects' implementation and I'd continue making a good example.
- My activeness across several communities over the last 16 months are commendable, and I have contributed to the growth of a few communities. For example, being a co-founder of Steem4Nigeria community, a fast-growing official STEEM community for Nigerians, I'd implement more projects for STEEM growth in this part of the world, to ensure Steem reaches more people.
- I have utilized my presence on STEEM to contribute to many lives through quality lectures/tutorials (on-chain & off-chain) of all kinds, organizing contests, sponsored Steem promotional contests, and so on. And this would be a time to do more.
- I have been professional enough in every role I handle on Steem and I have adequately supported my country's people who believe in true success without manipulation, to grow in the ecosystem. This avenue would enable me to show more love and guidance to my people.
- I have conceived many unique project ideas that would contribute to the growth of STEEM in my region and becoming a country representative would be a great avenue to deliver those.
In conclusion, once again it's a rare privilege to be applying for the role of a Steemit country representative in Nigeria and I appreciate the Steemit team for giving us this opportunity. I have shared a brief introduction about myself, my stats on Steemit, and why I think I am suitable for the role. I hope this application would be favorably considered. Thank you.
