Introduction

Nagging is a continuous or persistent talking or reaction over an issue in a nasty way. Nagging emanates from anger or from a wrong doing while trying to make a point. Nagging can be underrated as a problem that leads to broken relationships/marriages. It is one of the problems people face while in any kind of relationship, especially marital or romantic relationships.

How do you deal with nagging in a relationship?

Dealing with nagging is a very difficult thing to cope with. That means you have to devise the means to deal with it.

  • Firstly, tender your displeasure over such attitudes to the party involved.

  • Try not to respond to the talks because that may cause more trouble. Science will help

  • Make a rule such that anyone who ever repeats one issue more than twice should be penalised or punished.

  • Negotiate about everything you want, make sure you reach an agreement when it doesn't work out, state the facts and let go of it.

  • Display your displeasure and let go of your anger

  • Make a sticker with the inscription, 'No Repetition more than twice' or 'No Nagging ' and paste in strategic places in your home to signal the person whenever he/she speaks more than twice.

  • See a relationship therapist if it's out of place

Do you agree that nagging comes only from women and not from men? Or from both?

A big 'NO!' Both men and women nag in a relationship. I've seen a man who nags. His wife and children couldn't stand the man's nagging, but it's maybe true that women nag more than men.

Does nagging and complaining mean the same thing Explain

It depends on what brought the nagging. So I would say that someone may nag and not complain and he/she may complain and the complaint itself becomes a matter of nagging.

Do you think building a better communication skill in a relationship can help stop nagging?

Yes, building better communication may help. It's usually bad if the nagging is the person's character, which may need a lot of time and patience for the person to adjust to speaking just once.

Conclusion

Nagging can ruin a relationship if it's not handled or if not properly dealt with. You may be guilty of nagging just like me, you truly need to adjust, be observant and deal with it.

It is true that nagging can ruin relationships if they are not properly handled or dealt with, according to your conclusion and I personally have seen a lot of relationships where they quit simply because either the man or woman is fond of nagging...

You have written so well about the contest topic and thank you for sharing this amazing post with us. Best of luck!
