The Diary Game || 14-01-23 || Weekend With Four Steemians

It was a sunny Sunday. Harmattan did its worst that morning. I felt my legs scaling already and my lips cracking badly. I woke up by the sound of my alarm clock and did my reading from 4Am till 7Am. I then went online to surf the net and do my chores as well. Chores that morning was more like death sentence. The dust, cold and dryness surround the atmosphere.

I had a meeting to attend by 8Am so I had to be up and doing so as to arrive there in time. Before further preparations, considering the scriptures daily is an integral part of our lives and the scripture we considered that morning was educative and added to our spiritual health. I then left for the meeting in no time.

Morning Routine

The meeting that Sunday was quite informative and educative as well. The talk delivered centered on meeting the test of Christian loyalty. As Christians, our loyalty is bound to be tested in one form or the other just as how Job's integrity was tested. We would be tested to remain loyal to our creator in terms of following his righteous standards on marriage, families and how we live our lives in a way that pleases Him.

When faced with such tests that may even come with sickness and death, how can we maintain this loyality? If you have a very close friend, you can only be loyal to him or her if you constantly check up on him, strengthen than bond of love by visiting and offering encouragement.

If these are lacking, that friendship won't last and if that friendship isn't based on love for both parties, one can betray the other especially when it comes to keeping secrets. When tests comes which may involve choosing money over your friend, if you're care Isn't taken, you may be tempted to betray him just as Judas betrayed Jesus for 30 pieces of silver.

In today's world, tests like sickness, lack of money, pressure to become popular and wealthy, death of a loved one and the likes may prompt us to be unloyal to our creator.

After the meeting has ended, I exchanged greetings with brothers and sisters there before leaving the hall. On my way home, I received the best of financial knowledge I could ever have. Ignorance is really a disease I must say. In the physical, spiritual, financial, academic and social realm, you need to be informed that's why it's said if you think education is expensive, try ignorance.

Knowledge is money and power. I got drilled after the meeting somehow before heading to @okere-blessing house. She actually threw the invitation to me. I was a good thing to know where she lives for the first time. She welcomed me and gave me her picture album to go through. I gave her accolades for preserving all those pictures.

Her pictures were still intact and fresh. Then came @realitytrend who cooked one of my state's speciality the previous day but ate it all alone with her friends. I thought I would come and see it 😂. We set a table and then discussed the major happenings on steemit and how we plan to build our steem power this year with the increment that would prevail in coming months.

After that, we then took to our phones. I showed them some very practical relating to blockchain of which they learnt fast. While still learning, @sirpchannel came in and broke the ice. He has this energetic vibes that can make a cemetery lively. He's no dull man I must admit. He then left us to play with his kids. What a privilege the children has to have a father that's always there for them. He then joined the discussion and in no time, food was served.

@okere-blessing made an American spaghetti with chicken and malta for me to hold my body before continuing. I was grateful with the offer and thanked them though. In no time, we were done learning. We took to going deep into some other discussions. At least my Sunday wasn't a waste. I learnt a lot from them. I don't really love going to people's homes but I had to force myself because of the tutorial. We then took pictures to capture the moments.

There was this particular kind of cock she has in her home. This cock made me annoyed anything it crow. I felt like killing it. I was told the Cock behaves like a dog and usually chase people. Such a wonder cock. It was clouding so I took my leave of which they appreciated me financially.

On my way home, the sun caught my eyes. I had to capture the moment with it for future use. I also came across a little puppy that caught my eyes as well. This puppy is just like a teddy bear. I felt like touching it but that seemed impossible. I had to board a bike and the head straight to my house.

I was already filled with what I was served in my visit so I didn't need dinner at the moment but I later ate late in the night to ease off my hunger. That was how my day ended
