My Monday routine is always careyfully structured to enable me balanced both professional and personal commitments, hence ensuring that, I start the week on a productive and positive note.
Shoot from Huawei Y9prime: Awake from sleep
I began my very early, by waking up as the brightness of the sun filtered through my curtains. After stretching and taking a moment to gather my thoughts, I proceed with my morning devotion. This time of reflection and prayer sets a peaceful vibe for the day ahead, allowing me to focus on my intentions and goals. Once my devotion is completed, I turned my attention to tidying up the house and preparing breakfast. These includes some light cleaning and organizing, making sure everything is in order before I step out. It’s a satisfying way to start the day, ensuring that my environment is neat as I prepared for the tasks ahead. As I enjoyed my breakfast, I make a mental checklist of my tasks for the day, including packing my lunch and ensuring that everything I need for work is ready to go. Then I stepped out to work.

By 7:30 am, I was out of the door and on my way to work, aiming to arrive by 8 am. As a healthcare professional, my days are often filled with much activities especially caring for others. That is the more reason I like following my routine in other to accomplish all my daily tasks. Upon reaching the hospital, I head to the Ante-natal clinic to conduct a health talk for pregnant mothers, sharing valuable information and promoting a healthy lifestyle.

IN THE AFTERNOON: AT WORK
In the afternoon, I was involved in a seminar presentations with my colleagues, exchanging knowledge and insights to enhance our skills in the overall management of our patients. These sessions are not only informative but also foster a sense of teamwork among us and other healthcare professionals. By 4 pm, the workday came to an end, and I headed home feeling accomplished and fulfilled.

Upon returning home, I took some time to get refreshed, apparently by taking a relaxing breath to unwind from the day's activities. As evening drew near, I had my dinner, savoring a moment of peace and quiet 😀 before indulging in some well-deserved relaxation. There after, I unwind by watching TV, perhaps catching up on a favorite show or movie. This downtime allows me to decompress and switch gears from the demands of the day to a more leisurely pace. By 9 pm, I retire to bed, feeling grateful for the day that has passed and looking forward to the opportunities that tomorrow will bring.
In conclusion, my Monday routine was a series of activities I'm glad that I balanced work, self-care, and relaxation. From the early hours of the morning to the peaceful moments before I slept, each part of my day played a vital role in shaping my overall well-being and productivity.
