Mental Health is an important element that must be ensured within so that every activity you want to do can take place properly.

In addition, mental health can also affect overall health, so it needs to be instilled in us from an early age so that we can control our psychology and emotions properly.

1. How do you feel when creating content? Is it a pleasant experience for you or, on the contrary, does it generate anxiety and discouragement?

Creating content is not just pouring imagination and creativity, but also needs to involve the emotional side that is within us.

I am a user who still has many shortcomings, but I am a typical person who is serious when doing anything related to self-development, including creating content on the steemit platform.

I will only write when my emotional and psychological condition is good, because that way I can present a calm and comfortable feeling, I will not force myself to write at the wrong time, such as in a hurry or a mood that is messed up.

With such a concept, of course, I will get a pleasant experience from every content that I produce, so there is no need for despair and regret.

But it's different from anxiety, because in my opinion anxiety is a natural thing for everyone, precisely with feelings of anxiety we will be required to continue to improve the quality of the content that we will produce.

2. Have you ever felt mentally exhausted by generating content on a daily basis? Tell us about your experience.

If the content I produce is content such as the diary game or engagement challenges then it won't affect me mentally at all, because I only write stories that I feel and live everyday.

However, if the content that I produce is content that is educational in nature or reporting on charity activities then that has the potential to tire me, because first I have to come to the location to check in person all the aspects that we are going to work on, then we have to raise funds to start the activity. and so on, we must make regular accountability reports for each stage carried out. Then if the project we are working on experiences constraints both in terms of budget or other things, it can cause us to experience mental fatigue.

3. What do you feel when your content is not valued as you expect it to be? Does this affect you mentally?

It's hard to say that we will be fine if every content we produce is not valued as we expect, but back to the basic concept of the purpose of us creating content, as I said at the beginning, I will only write when the emotional and I am psychologically good, because that way I can present a feeling of calm and comfort, and even if the content I produce is not appreciated, it will not affect my mentality.

It is impossible for all the content that we produce to be valued according to what we expect, of course there are ups and downs in all aspects that we live in and we need to convince ourselves of this before we start writing or creating content.

Consistency and hard work are the main points that we must apply in everything we want to do, and believe that no effort and hard work betray results.

When our content is not appreciated or doesn't get support, then what we need to do is improve ourselves and start looking for weak points that we have to fix in our content, so that slowly what we will present can be accepted by many people and of course it will automatically be appreciated.

4. What would be your recommendations for a content creator to keep a healthy mind?

There are many ways we can keep our minds healthy when creating content and I'm sure that everyone has their own way to always produce healthy thoughts.

However, there are some recommendations from personal experience that I have applied so far that might be used as a reference for friends in need.

  • Start by getting used to being prejudiced against everything. With good prejudice we will be able to accept all possibilities that will occur in the future and of course the positive energy that we create can have a big effect on mental health.

  • Focus on a theme that you are good at, something you like will be fun and can add more value to what you produce.

  • Make sure you have enough and quality rest time, because with enough rest your mind will be healthy in producing creative ideas.

  • Build good communication and associate with a healthy environment, so that every situation you live in will always provide things that bring your mind healthy and productive.

  • Avoid bad habits, such as consuming alcohol and get used to living a lifestyle that is like exercising regularly and eating healthy food.

  • Be yourself and believe in the abilities you have, because everyone has their own potential and self-confidence can form a healthy mind by itself.

You've nailed it!
I can also not write if I am not in the spirit for doing it. My emotional and psychological condition must be 100%.
When I write and it is not it will take me aaggeeesss to write a post and in the end I am not happy with it anyway.

Everything you say is correct. We should not create content when we are not in the mood to do so. Neither, when we don't have the time and we do it in a hurry.

We must create content that we like.

You're right, it's easier to create journal game content and challenges than charity or educational content because it takes longer to create.
