Junk food is one of our favorite foods. Should we eat this food or not? And discuss my favorite junk food. Which makes our body weak in various ways.

My favorite food Junk food is one food that we all know is bad for our health but we cannot avoid this food because it is too tasty.

I would like to thank contest curator @nadiaturrina for creating this junk food Contest.

By reading the Junk food related posts of the contestants, we will know how different junk foods make our body sick. And we can gain special knowledge about how we can get out of this food.

Let's know what junk food is. And why junk food is bad for our health:Junk food is an artificial food that contains excess of harmful substances such as fat, salt, carbonates. As a result it is harmful to health.

For example: potato chips, burgers, pizzas, candies, soft drinks, artificially prepared fruit juices, chocolates, etc. All these foods have very little or no nutritional value.

And such foods are often added with additional chemicals to make them palatable. Which is very harmful to our health. Such foods are called junk food.

First question of this competition : What is it called?

I am very weak towards junk food. I can't handle these foods. I know these foods are permanently damaging. But it is almost impossible to abstain from this food because it is extra yummy.

My favorite junk food include Pizza, chatpatis, jhal muri, phuchka etc. I will discuss one of these foods. The name of the food is pizza.

2nd question of this competition : What are the downsides to health ?

A few years back, all the food was prepared in our homes. But lately the easy availability of junk food on roadsides and in restaurants is posing a dire threat to our health. As a result of irregular eating, people become fat and suffer from various diseases. What foods contain harmful ingredients? I said at the beginning that these foods are high in carbs, fat, and excess. Which people are affected in various ways. So these foods should be avoided as much as possible.

  • This food contains a lot of unhealthy ingredients.

  • Hidden or hidden sugar This product is used in many foods which is very harmful for our heart.

  • Hydrogenated Oil These foods use hydrogenated oils. This harmful oil raises cholesterol levels in the body and increases the risk of heart disease. and cause other health problems.

  • Eating all these foods reduces immunity. As a result, any patient can settle in our body very quickly.

  • Increased body weight increases blood pressure and diabetes.

According to a report by the World Health Organization, the number of obese people has increased almost 10 % in the last 40 years. Apart from this, the number of patients suffering from high blood pressure and diabetes has also increased. The World Health Organization believes that all these diseases are caused by readily available junk food.

Last question of this competition : What makes you unable to move on from it ?

There are many reasons for not coming back from these foods. The best reason among them is its taste. We know this food is very tasty. If you eat this food regularly, you will not like any other food except this food.

Second is accessibility people are now busy in working life. People do not have time to cook and eat at home. And fast food traders are using this opportunity. The food will be arranged in front of your eyes on the side of the road or in any restaurant.

They look very tempting. will easily attract your attention. We become addicted to these foods as soon as we vow to stop eating them today.

Hello brother, Pizza is a very attractive and delicious food but it’s also junk food and all junk food damage our health day by day. I never eat pizza so I don’t know about this food much. I also eat chatpatis,jhalmuri, phuchka etc. But I reduce to eat it because of the main problem of Acidity. Beautifully you present about the junk food. Good luck brother.
