Veo que estás bastante informada al respecto, que bueno, de verdad que si.
Soy cientíifico, sin embargo, sé muy bien que las plantas, muchas de ellas pueden tener un efecto bastante positivo en nuestro cuerpo.
Pero tal como dices,hay muchos que no deben ser consumidas diariamente.
Pero tengo aquí un gran problema. El post que has compartido hoy los has subido hace dos años. Es decir, estás haciendo reciclaje de contenido, lo cual está muy mal.
La mayor parte de esta publicación que presentas hoy, incluyendo las fotos de la ensalada, las usaste hace dos años en la siguiente publicación:

La idea es que crees contenido nuevo, que nos permite aprender de tu cultura, y que agregue valor a la plataforma.

But in my point of view, this is very unfair. I understand that reusing previous content without adding new value is not ideal and wrong. But in this case, I like to highlight that I have added new insights and expanded my content about traditional medicine.

Moreover, the contest is asking for a traditional medicine recipe I know. So the recipe is a recipe! its ingredients and preparation method remain the same over time. it won't change after two years.
Also, if you feel the content is recycled then the contest idea is too.. because we had many such contests is past years.

This answer was not expected. Justifying the use of the same content from two years ago does not make sense.
And yes, those contests that you share may have similar ideas, but it is not the same, even any of those users could launch a second edition of those same contests, so: *Would you use the same content? or would you talk about another plant or herb, is the question. in your case you chose only copy and paste.
Additionally, out of so many plants or herbs (hundreds or thousands of them) you could talk about, you preferred to go the easy way by copying and pasting previously shared content.
This is not justified. You can mention whoever you want, but your abuse has no justification.
We are having a diversity of participations, many of these users will have participated in contests in which they were asked to talk about natural medicine and have created new content, but your choice was simply to copy and paste, I insist, this has no justification.
You have the right to "claim" even when what you say is not justified, particularly I refer to your own evidence of what you have done, which is evident in view of anyone.
