Today I know how much damage the human body faces from smoking. And what we can do to protect the lives of people in the society from smoking. Smoking means to drink poison. Because God Almighty Rabbul Al-Amin created people to do great deeds. But most of us are addicted to smoking. The word smoking is composed of two words, smoke and drink. Dhoom is a synonym of smoke or steam. Since tobacco smoke is consumed or consumed, it is known as smoke inhalation.
My opinion on this smoking is to avoid smoking. As a result of smoking, various people are suffering from various diseases. To live with your family, to keep your body healthy, do not smoke. According to section 4 of the Smoking and Tobacco Products (Control) Act, 2005, smoking in public is fined for the first time in Bangladesh. ৳300 (three hundred) and double the amount for the second or subsequent time. And to prevent smokers, everyone should apply the ban on smokers in the family.

Reasons why people are addicted to hype. Cigarette smoking is an addiction. Cigarettes contain a strange poison called nicotine, which can be fatal if consumed in liquid form. Nicotine stimulates the brain and simultaneously calms the nerves by mixing with the blood. This is called the Biphasic Effect. Due to which people return to cigarettes again and again. Again, smoking cigarettes for a long time increases the level of nicotine in a person's blood and the brain craves more nicotine. Therefore, once you start consuming it, it becomes very difficult to quit. Many people smoke cigarettes to relieve anxiety. That's why many smoke cigarettes due to great anxiety or depression.
Many times people become addicted to cigarettes due to family reasons. And friend circle has a lot of influence on our life. One thing is often heard. Everyone has a different attraction towards forbidden things. This is also why many people start smoking cigarettes. If there are many smokers around you. Or if you have to work among some smokers, then addiction to cigarettes may come. Many people smoke cigarettes to show off. Many people smoke cigarettes to think coolly. People lose weight by smoking cigarettes. The reason is very simple. The taste of smoking cigarettes, Reduces the taste of food etc. Smoking reduces appetite. Many people smoke cigarettes for the first time for adventure or experiment and later it turns into addiction.

I know smoking is poison. 5 million people die every year due to smoking. Despite this, people are not willing to quit smoking. But in the Holy Qur'an it is mentioned, "(You) do not throw yourselves into destruction with your own hands." (Surah Baqarah, verse: 195) My uncle is addicted to smoking but I managed to free him from smoking through various fears and various temptations. Whenever my uncle smoked, his eyes would be red. The balance of the body was not right. He used to cough and expectorate. But now he does not smoke anymore.
✅04)-What should we do to reduce the rate of smoking addiction?

The first thing to reduce the rate of smoking is to control yourself. Be responsible for yourself. The smoker should be supervised and controlled all the time by the whole family. Because there are various health risks in smoking. Smoking reduces blood circulation in the skin's outermost arteries. As a result, the necessary oxygen does not reach the skin. Which makes a person old at a young age. He has to be controlled by saying something like this. And I know that if people practice long cardamom and cinnamon in their mouths instead of smoking, then the addiction to smoking will go away. Avoidable.
Cucumber, carrot, brinjal, celery leaves like milk taste bitter to cigarettes. Eating more vegetables reduces dependence on cigarettes. Eat something salty whenever you want to smoke. Salty chips, biscuits or a little salt on the tongue will make you want to smoke cigarettes.

Que bueno que hayas podido ayudar a tu tío a abandonar el hábito del tabaquismo, ya que también con el humo afecta a su entorno familiar.
La presión degrupo puede hacer, sobre todo en losmás jóvenes, que estos queiran aprender a fumar, y así , una vez que adquieren el háito llega el vicio, que es difícil de abandonar.
