This my entry for Contest - Object of the Week "jug" that organized by @strecoza

The Moroccan jug is a jug made specifically for drinking atay. The jug is made of metal, and it is one of the most important productions of Moroccan traditional industry workshops.It is presented as a souvenir or gift on some occasions such as weddings, holidays, or visits of a family nature, or on occasions and holidays of a religious nature, such as Eid al-Fitr.

This jug is considered one of the oldest things that we have in our home treasury, along with the dagger that I photographed in the previous competition.it is a large copper jug of heavy thickness.

Traditional, it is a souvenir passed down from our ancestors Moroccan mint tea is prepared in it and served at weddings and parties.

But because it is very old, we do not prepare anything in it, only that it is placed in a closet because it is one of the heritage of our ancestors and carries with it many beautiful memories.
