Friends, you all are very welcome to my post today. I hope all of you will be healthy and happy in your life. Today I am participating in this interesting competition. Whenever this competition is announced, I become eager to participate in this competition. You all know that I love cooking and through this competition, I get a chance to share my recipes with you all. I would like to thank @mariam.dariam for organizing this competition.
Today in this competition I am sharing one of my healthy recipes which we can easily make at home anytime. We do not need much material to make this. Today I am sharing with you the method of making potato beans curry. It does not take much time to prepare this vegetable and this vegetable is also beneficial for our health. So without wasting any more time let's start preparing today's recipe.

Potato | 2 |
Bins | 250 grams |
Onion | 1 |
Tomato | 1 |
Green chilli | 3 |
Green Coriander | as needed |
Ginger-garlic paste | 1 tsp |
Cumin | 1 tsp |
Mustard | 1 tsp |
Oil | 4 tsp |
Water | as needed |
Red chilli powder | 3 tsp |
Turmeric powder | 1 tsp |
Coriander Powder | 3 tsp |
Garam Masala | 1 tsp |
Salt | 1 teaspoon |
First of all, we will peel the beans to make Bins Aloo Sabzi. We also have to peel and cut the potatoes. We also have to finely chop onion, green chili, tomato, and coriander. We have to prepare all these ingredients. To make Beans Potato Curry, we have to take oil in a pan. After the oil is hot, we have to add cumin and mustard. After that we have to add chopped onion and ginger garlic paste.

We have to mix and after that, we have to add chopped potatoes and green chilies.

After that, we have to add peeled beans and chopped tomatoes.
We have to mix the ingredients and add red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt. Then we have to mix it and leave it on low flame for some time.
After that, to ensure that potatoes and beans are cooked well, we have to add water and also add chopped coriander. We have to keep it on low flame until all the ingredients are cooked properly and all the water evaporates.
So here friends, all the water has been burnt and the vegetables have also been cooked well. We can eat this vegetable with both chapatti and khichdi. It tastes very tasty to eat with both.
