You all know that I like cooking, so I like to participate in this type of competition. Whenever this competition is announced, I am eager to participate in this competition and immediately prepare my recipes so you can share them with everyone. Today we will make bottled gourd vegetables which are prepared very easily. Bottle gourd vegetable also tastes very tasty. Everyone likes to eat this vegetable with soak. Today I made bottle gourd curry at home so I thought I would share this simple recipe with you all. So that all of you can enjoy this recipe. It does not cost us much to make this vegetable. It can be prepared with less ingredients.

Turmeric Powder | Half Teaspoon |
Coriander Powder | 3 tsp |
Garam Masala | 1 tsp |
Salt | Half spoon |

First of all, to make bottle gourd vegetable, we have to peel and cut the bottle gourd. We have to peel the tur also. We have to chop tomato and onion finely. We have to prepare all these materials first.

To make bottle gourd curry we have to take a pressure cooker. We have to put oil in it. After the oil is hot, we have to add ginger-garlic paste and also add chopped onions.

We have to let the onion fry for some time. After that we have to add chopped tomatoes.

We have to add tomatoes and mix them. Then we have to add toor and bottle gourd.

After that we have to add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, gram masala, and salt and mix well. To cook bottle gourd and tuvar properly, we have to add water to it and also add chopped coriander. Then we have to close the lid of the pressure cooker. We have to set the whistle of the pressure cooker properly. When five whistles blow, we have to open the lid of the cooker and check.
