I hope you all are well and doing good. Last sunday in lunch my sister prepared chicken pulao. I bring 3 leg pieces of chicken from the market she washed it and and apply all the ingredients on it. Then she put it in a steel jar and cover with the lid. It's called steamed roast.

After 5 minutes we changed the side of it. Leg pieces were ready in 10 minutes. Then she cooked rice. My mother also prepared the Salad and Raita. It took almost an hour and our lunch was ready.
