Yesterday was a cloudy day, and my mom and I decided to order dinner from a nearby restaurant. We ordered beef karahi, and surprisingly, it was delivered in just 10 minutes! Excitedly, we set the table and started eating, but we soon realized that the beef wasn't cooked properly and was tough to eat.

I called the restaurant, and they kindly agreed to exchange the dish. This time, I requested chicken karahi instead of beef. In about 15 minutes, the chicken karahi arrived, and we enjoyed our dinner with it. The restaurant explained that they had a new chef.
