Do whatever it takes to keep yourself well

Take care of all the family members or loved ones in their illness, stay by their side on the day of their upset - these are very good natures. But notice, how much do you care about yourself, even if everyone cares more or less? Maybe it will take a big size at some point to hide the various unattainable, small upset. Then you will suddenly start behaving unfamiliarly. Surprise yourself, I'm not like that! But day by day you unknowingly drowned in despair, did not keep the news yourself!

Just like talking to your loved ones does not cure any problem of the body, it also cures various mental problems. In both cases there is a need for treatment. But we only focus on physical problems, not mental problems.

There are many people in the world who have survived the ordeal. Yet they try to do their favorite thing, mix with their favorite people. The reason is to keep yourself well. So don't think about who said what, but do your favorite thing. You can do anything that is not ugly to keep your mind well.

Don't assume that others will fully understand you. Rather try to understand yourself. Find out what makes you feel good. Do not follow anyone but do what you love.

If you want to be good in life, you have to avoid annoying people. You should not give those who enjoy talking to you small, that opportunity. So learn to choose people.

Try to stay in touch with those who will be by your side even in bad times. Remember, those who will give you courage in difficult times are your true benefactors.

No one can understand your inner problems better than you. So think about whether there is a problem inside. If you think there is a problem, try to find out. No matter how busy you are, set aside some time for yourself. You will spend that time completely on your own. You have to have time to think about yourself.

Aren't you happy to give gifts to loved ones or cook and feed them? Keep yourself happy in the same way. Give yourself a gift, cook and eat your favorite food. Take care of yourself.

Develop all kinds of good habits. Try to eat healthy food, exercise regularly, get along well with everyone, keep track of loved ones, help someone, pray religiously, read books, and so on. The mind will be better.
