Feliz día amigo, usted mismo lo dicho muy bien,con todos los complementos de vitaminas que nos proporciona las zanahorias, papa y el pimentón , y con una ingesta diaria de los mismo además de ser acompañado con una presa de pollo asado más un vaso con jugo de guayaba ummm!!!que delicia.
