For most of us, the pursuit of happiness is a lifelong endeavor.

But experiments show there are simple, real ways to cultivate happiness and promote better emotional well-being.

By establishing certain mood-enhancing habits in your daily life, you may be able to gradually cultivate feelings of happiness and embrace a more emotionally fulfilling life.

some easy things that can make you feel happier like:

Talking to other people/strangers

Staying socially connected with friends and family members is associated with better mental health and well-being. to describe two relationship factors that lead to happier moods: wealth and equity.

Volunteer

Doing acts of kindness or volunteering can be another easy way to make you feel happier in your everyday life.

Melatih rasa syukur

Gratitude, or the practice of expressing appreciation for the things you value in your life, can also increase your happiness levels.

There are some things that I have understood during my life, but there are still many shortcomings that I have left there that I have not yet discovered.
