Here is uzma4882 from Lahore #pakistan. I am married and have 3 years old daughter and 5 months old son. My elder daughter always helps me to cook delicious recipes. In recent organized food challenge, She is also actively Participated and enjoyed her effort's reward by eating yamii cutlets along with tea. Hopefully you will also enjoy and support my participation too
Here is first , Going to share necessary ingredients to cook Chicken and Vegetables Cutlets
Looking forward, Here is going to share step by step procedure to cook our recipe for active participation of my daughter in food Challengue.
We have already boiled the potatoes 🍠. We mashed them smoothy. Now add up in bowl for marinating first. My daughter put mashed potatoes in bowl. Then add in cutting vegetables.
At the meanwhile , she is adding all spices and cutting herbs in bowl. Then add in bowl pieces of chicken boneless. And mixed it well with hands.
As you can seen, Marinated well and mixed with consistency too. Then for coating we will take 1 egg 🥚 and add in chilli sauces. And mixed it well.
In next next step, she is going to make small Balls and coating with egg mixture and corn Floor too.
Now chicken and vegetables Cutlets are ready to fry in frying pan 🥘. They are looking so tasty and feelings mouth watering too. This is all effort of my daughter.
