Introduction

Greetings steemians, I hoped you all had a nice day yesterday being the first day of the year 2023. Today I will be participating in a very nice contest by @udyliciouz for the first time and am happy about this.

What do you understand by the word "education"

Education is the acquiring of knowledge, applying of wisdom and putting our understanding into practice to make life easier for humans. It has to do with teaching, learning and studying. Education is practiced all over the world. Education is the core key to human intelligence, human beings are highly educated that's why we are smarter than animals.

Mention and explain types of education.

Informal Education : This type of education has to do with traditions and customs, it's the first type of education in Nigeria because there was nothing like professional teachers and formal students in the olden days. The learning process is quite easier than the other type of education, as parents teach their children all about basic morals.

Non-formal Education : This kind of education is practice and vocational, people who don't have enough money to enroll themselves or children in schools, can just enroll in any business activity to learn a skill just like mechanic, trade, barbing, computer, tailoring and so many others. The goal of this education is to allow people get access to the bigger part of the business world without going through formal education.

Formal Education : This type of education is very broad, it occurs in a formal learning system in which a big building known as a school is involved for learning to be easier. This particular education is popular all over the world and pupils/students are always enjoying it, it must take place in a school with various classrooms and staff rooms.

It's now made compulsory that every child must have a formal education, that's why we have public schools so that parents who can't afford to enroll their kids in a private school, can do so comfortably in a public school.

Highlights different levels of education and their objectives.

Levels of education is the step by step approach to learning effectively in other to acquire sound education for the betterment of the society. It's risky to rush in the game if education. The following are levels of education and their objectives;

Pre-Primary : This level of education is related with little kids who are about to embark on the long journey to education, kids in this category are not yet to 4 years and their parents are expected to teach them the little they can learn before advancing to the Primary education.

Objective of Pre-Primary education
The objective or aim of this is to make the little kids more suitable for learning and making them matured in other to learn effectively in a school where their new parents are their teachers.

Primary Education : This level of education is the process in which kids within the age of 6 to 11 learn alot of things in preparation for better life as well as secondary school education.

Objective of primary education
The objective is to make pupils prepared for the numerous tasks they will face in secondary school, in other to face these tasks easily, they must have known alot of numbers including Roman Numerals, spellings of alot of words and their meanings/opposite/synonyms and so many others.

Secondary Education : This level of education takes place in a secondary school, it falls under two categories such as junior and senior secondary with 3 years each. In this level, kids learn alot about life and also what they like and dislike, the kind of friends to keep as well as life to live. In this level students will be able to confirm their dream career.

Objective of Secondary Education
The objective of this level is to nurture students to live a good life at all times and to prepare them for higher institution so that they won't be in the tertiary education level of education and start misbehaving because of ignorance.

Tertiary Education : This is the next level of education after the secondary level of education, in this level, teenagers get admissions in the universities, polytechnics and so many others in other to learn effectively about the career they want to pursue in life. We have courses which requires a minimum of 4 years or 5 years. Most medical courses ste 5 years.

Objective of Tertiary Education
The goals of tertiary education include contributing to national development through high level relevant manpower training and others, for the survival of the individual and society; putting both intellectual and physical skills into practice.

• It makes members of the community to have sound education.
• It provides employment opportunities
• It provides a huge manpower scheme for the nation
• It gives the community a bigger picture of what GoodLife looks like.
• It helps in provide full details of the history of the community and their culture.

• It provides social amenities for the school
• It allows the school to be patronized.
• People in the community helps in guiding the kids in following the right path.
