HOW I PREPARE MY DELICIOUS MELON SOUP ||28/06/2024

Good day to all the steemian in this wonderful community, am so glad to be here once again. Today is a wonderful day and that is why I decided to share how I prepare my delicious melon soup. Read and enjoy yourself..

Before I started any cooking, I made sure my kitchen was in good condition, when that was settled, I wash my pot, and other things which I will be needing. After doing all that I arranged my food stuff which the include;

• fufu
• fish
• bitter leaf
• Maggie
• pepper
• salt
• melon
• crayfish
• red oil

With this little ingredient I was able to prepare a delicious melon soup. I spent only 11steem in cooking this soup, in my currency that is 3500…

So guys before I began to cook, I separated my bitter leaf out of the stick, I wash it up to five times, when I was though with that, I peak my Maggie, cut onions and pound my crayfish. I had to do this because, when I began to cook it won’t stress me again. So after working on my leaf, I had to wash it like 3 times. When I was though, I pour the leaf into my morter then began to pound it until it was all grounded.. after doing that I use a cooking spoon to bring it out, I wash the leaf again to remove that bitterness out from it. I did that like three times…

It was time to do the main thing which is to cook. Firstly I wash my fish very well, I pour it into my clean pot then add my pepper, onions, two cube of Maggie , salt and my crayfish. After doing all that I covered my pot and wait for a while. While waiting I open my melon and pour it inside a plate, I added water to it and kept it for a while. I went back to my pot after 5 minutes, my fish was boiling, I added my melon which I mixed with water. I had to wait for another 7 minutes for my melon to cook well.

After that 7 minutes my melon was boiling, I had to add a little water then I turned in my bitter leaf, when that was done I waited for a second then I put my red oil. After that I covered my pot and wait for it to boil. 10 minutes pass, I went back to check my soup, it was ready and looking delicious.. I arranged my plate and everything. I serve the food to my mom, she was enjoying it. I join her to eat my food.. so at last my food was ready….
