What Kindness means to You?????
Talking about virtues and putting them into practice is something that sometimes is not so easy.
To be kind is to show solidarity, respect, affection and give that support that may be needed at certain times.
Better yet, let's delve deeper into this virtue "Kindness."
What do I mean by Goodness?
It is the quality of the human being to do good or positive actions to help others.
Not only with other people you can be kind, with an animal too, that is the selfless support you can offer.
Who can show kindness and why?
Everyone can show kindness, because if we help we are being kind.
Simply by helping an elderly person to cross the street or being generous and giving a seat on the bus to a lady who has her hands full, or feeding a puppy that frequents the community, that is being kind and even children can do these actions, that is why we can all be "kind".
Have you shown kindness to someone, how did you do it and how did the recipient feel?
Yes I have shown it, every Friday we take to the most vulnerable communities, and we give children and adults an arepa with the idea of relieving them a little of the situation they live in and the children receive us with joy and the parents thank us many times.
And I am also kind to the animals, I like to feed the birds that come to the plants at home. I also share the food of my kittens with kittens that come to the fence, there is a special one that comes very close, it is very tender.
Has anyone shown you kindness before and how did you feel when they showed you kindness?
Yes, many times I have been shown kindness, and I thank with gestures (hug) and words ,one feels an inner joy when one receives an act of kindness.
I remember an act that marked my memories, I was coming from compar with many bags in my hands and also came a very old lady who offered very kindly to help me, I refused but she insisted and I remember she told me: let me help you ,I will not take anything from you just help you from my heart and she smiled to me!
Show kindness to someone in a practical way and take pictures of it. Let us know how the person feels. Take action photos and share them with us.
Those actions I do very often and with people of all ages, whenever they allow me to.
Do you think kindness is a virtue that everyone should cultivate and demonstrate in a practical way?
Of course we should all learn and practice acts of kindness, those acts of helping, supporting or collaborating make us more sensitive and empathetic.
How did you learn to be kind and where?
Since I was very little my mom taught me to help people, to share, sometimes I didn't like it but she always talked to me and convinced me.
As an adult I have always shared and I have been involved with groups where you can provide support or help, with the scouts I shared with the little ones and we always remind him of the laws that say "the scout is generous, courteous and supportive and currently was part of a Teammango foundation that performs acts of kindness, helping the most vulnerable.
What would the world be like if everyone cultivated this quality?
It would be a world with very few problems, because everyone would help each other and with everyone's support, they would be solved.
An ideal world could be created.
There would be a sense of respect for life, each person would be given the treatment they deserve, children would learn that treating with respect and cordiality is a way of being generous and that kindness is not only giving, but supporting, collaborating, even a smile is an act of kindness.
