Homework post _ Business lesson 105 – How to start your own business

Advertisement introduction
According to my understanding a property dealing company is being advertised. Because it is not in English so i could not get it completely but this is how it seems like. A couple is being terrified by a ghost and they are fed up with their previous house and want to move out and find a delightful place to live with all the stress going around they could not get any ideas so the property dealing agency help them out. Basically this is the add of property dealing agency.
Reason to move out
i think based on the story its about some superstitions or may be the ghost which encourage them to move the house. It is my personal observation after watching the visuals. At first i lost all my interest in the video because of language barrier but latter on after watching 3 to 4 times i get the idea what is all about. They believe that their house is haunted so they try to find a new place to live in.
Important things in the video
the things i like about the video are following:
Appealing
It will attracts the customers of specific areas on its fullest. It tells the customers to trust the company when you are stress full and it will solve your problems with smiles on their faces. which shows that they are the problem solver of the society current problem regarding property dealing.
Social interaction
The main idea of this video i think is to use the video for commercial purposes not on business channels but on social media channels which can stick the users to watch the video till the end so they can get new idea and the manner it is presented is also appealing to the viewer.
What would i do if i was in the same situation
I would not move out if i find my self in such condition because i do not believe in ghost and super natural things. I might move out because of pest or any other damage to the house which i cannot fix by my self.
Conclusion
I think it is good but not perfect because it is lack of professionalism. because not all the people who are looking for any other place to live have the reason to be the ghost nor many people now a days believe in ghosts. But there might possibility that it is just made for these type of buyers. Bu according to my personal observation it is not made for huge people to be targeted means it might not approach the whole bunch of buyer. It cannot also hit the buyer with high resources who can invest in the field of property dealing. this is my personal observation after watching the add.
This is what i understand the questions after watching the video i might be wrong but i justify the topic what i get about that.
