Thediarygame for (Teusday January 9th 2024): My Day In Words and Pictures | Taking Care Of My Goat, Visiting My Farm, and Assisting My Dad At The Nigerian Army Store In Our Barracks.|

Since we are a week off from the engagement challenge, this platform has gone back to the old days where we don't have engagement topics to write about so participating in this wonderful contest organised by @ngoenyi i must say I am very happy to share my day with you all.

Diary games are fun to write about because when we capture events around us every day and put it into writing, reading it will give us happiness and good memories.
I am a lover of pictures, and I am very happy to share about my day using words and pictures.

Taking Care Of My Goat

It has become my daily routine to always care for my Goat because it is a source of income for me and my family.
I always make sure that they are always healthy and eat good food. Every morning when I wake up from sleep, I make sure that I visit them and check how they are doing.
Once I enter their house I will clean all the mess inside their house because Goat always eat and scatter their excreta all over the place and once I enter their house all my body will be dirty because I make sure that I clean every corner of their house so they will stay healthy.

Because living in a dirty environment will bring sickness to them, so I always try to avoid it.

My brother sometimes assist me in taking card of the Goat and I am always happy each time he assist me, now it's summer and grasses have become dry so no way for me to see food for them.

Teusday my brother assisted me in bringing drinking water for my Goat and also help in cleaning the house of the Goat, we had a good time together and we took the Goat so they will feed.

Visiting My Farm

This is a period of harvesting so I always check up on my Farm everyday incase of fire outbreak, we all know ow that this period people always burn their bust so I went to the farm to make sure that it is safe.

I planted a plantain and it was the first time that I planted plantain and it survived, so I always go to the farm every day because of the plantain.

After taking care of my Goat I decided to visit the farm to cahon on the cassava and plantain in our farm, I arrived successful and spent time walking round the farm and everything was in a good condition so I was very happy.

I came back home very tired and hungry and luckily for me my mum have already prepared breakfast for me and I ate it, I had my bath and charged my clothes and relaxed my body for a while.

Assisting My Dad At The Nigerian Army Store In Our Barracks

As a soldier, everyone has his responsibility inside the Barracks, and my dad own was to take care of the store in our barracks and he call me sometime to come and give him a helping hand ther because there are lost of customers to attend to, so he can't do it alone.

It was my dad call that woke me up from sleep around 12 pm, and he told me to come and assist him at the shop, and I quickly went there to stay with him.
His phone rang and it was an emergency call that he needed to treat with urgency so he left and put me in charge of the shop for the main time, I stayed and had good time interacting with customers that came to the shop.
I sold lots of items that day and made huge profit from sale during my stay.

Biscuits that we normally buy have five slice inside, but now it's only 5 slice because of the economy of our country.
The price of goods and services have drastically increased and customers were complaining about it but there's nothing that they can do about it, so they buy it like that.

I really enjoyed staying spending my time there as the customers that came and purchased goods in the shop were all Jovial and we had good time together, my experience at the shop was one to remember ad it was joyful.

I must confess that I enjoy assisting my dad at the shop because I now know the price of groceries and other items, and it is helping me a lot because someone can't cheat me.
I now have an idea of running a business , and I have learned many business strategies that I am very happy about.
My dada came back exactly 4 pm, and it was time for me to go home and prepare for football training, so I left.

Playing football has become my daily ritual because it is one of my hobbies, and i derive joy and happiness from playing and watching football.
As usual, after I came back from the shop, I had my lunch and quickly rushed to the football pitch to exercise my body, and reaching there, they had already started training.

So I called my friend to come and capture me with his mobile phone, which he did, I stayed for some time before I entered into the pitch.
I defended my team very well and was hyped for my performance. My contribution led to my teams victory.

I came back home and took a shower and as usual uook my phone and started blogging in steemit platform, I replied to comments on my post and also commented on my fellow steemians post and after everything I had my supper and went to bed.
